The Customer Marketing Manager is a key storyteller and growth driver for Avetta. In this role, you’ll design and execute strategic customer marketing programs that deepen retention, engagement, advocacy, expansion, and reputation, showing how customers move from risk to readiness with Avetta. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Brand to bring Avetta’s Ready to Work narrative to life across campaigns, events, and experiences—turning customer outcomes into proof that helps organizations build safer, stronger, more resilient operations as part of a global community that is truly ready to work. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be required (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.
