  • Clear history of quota attainment
  • Strong hunter mentality
  • Full-cycle new-logo sales experience
  • Able to sell complex solutions
  • U.S.-based and able to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Hunt net-new logos and build pipeline
  • Own deals from first touch to close
  • Sell software tied to readiness, compliance, and performance
  • Run discovery with training, operations, and compliance leaders
  • Lead demos, proposals, follow-up, and close plans
  • Work multi-stakeholder deals in complex buying cycles
  • Represent our client at conferences and industry events
