About The Position

Salmon Bank Philippines is seeking an Affiliate Relationship Manager to introduce their Time Deposit products to personal networks. This is a commission-based, flexible role where you can work your own schedule and leverage your existing network. The role involves explaining products, guiding clients through the deposit opening process, registering leads, and maintaining contact with your pipeline. Professional representation of Salmon Bank is crucial, ensuring accurate information about rates and terms.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Philippine resident with a valid government-issued ID
• Smartphone and basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, Viber, email)
• Willingness to learn the product and follow affiliate program guideline
• Agreement to Salmon Bank Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
• Compliance with applicable BIR tax obligations (10% withholding tax applies)

• A strong personal or professional network you can tap into
• Experience in sales, banking, financial services, insurance, or real estate (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High integrity — you represent a licensed bank and our clients' trust matters

Responsibilities

• Introduce Salmon Bank Time Deposit products to your personal network — friends, family, colleagues, community members, and professional contacts
• Meet with potential clients (in-person or online) to explain the product, answer questions, and guide them through the deposit opening process
• Register each client as a lead on the Salmon Affiliate Platform before they open a deposit
• Maintain regular contact with your pipeline and follow up with interested clients
• Represent Salmon Bank professionally and accurately — no misrepresentation of rates, terms, or conditions
