Endy is looking for a data-driven and competitive Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our partnership program across Canada and the United States. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth & Ecommerce, you will own one of Endy’s most critical acquisition channels, serving as the bridge between our brand and the publishers who influence purchasing decisions. This is a performance marketing role first and a relationship management role second. In the mattress and sleep category, third-party validation is everything. Customers do their research, and we need to be where they are looking. In this role, you won’t just be managing a platform; you will be managing high-stakes relationships, optimizing a significant budget, and ensuring Endy maintains its share of voice in a fiercely competitive market. You will blend partnership management with a strong performance marketing mindset, using data, attribution analysis, testing, and channel optimization to drive efficient customer acquisition and sustainable growth.
