About The Position

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn partnerships into results. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and growth of multiple affiliate programs while serving as a trusted partner to both clients and publishers. You’ll combine data-driven decision making with relationship building to drive performance, retention, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Create tailored affiliate strategies aligned to client goals and KPIs
Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into action
Optimize program performance through recruitment, activation, and partner development
Forecast performance, manage budgets, and provide strategic recommendations
Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple affiliate programs
Execute promotional campaigns, creative updates, and partner initiatives
Monitor performance trends and continuously improve results
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to internal best practices
Lead client calls, business reviews, and strategic discussions
Communicate performance results clearly and confidently to stakeholders
Build strong publisher and affiliate relationships, negotiate placements, and secure opportunities
Support affiliate communication, compliance, payments, and ongoing engagement
Mentor and support Account Coordinators through training and ongoing development
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver best-in-class client service
