About The Position

As a Healthcare Commercial Banker in the Healthcare Services industry, the Relationship Executive works independently and collaboratively to introduce comprehensive financial solutions to clients. The role supports bankers in covering prospects, deepening existing client relationships, conducting portfolio reviews, building market share, and driving internal and external client dialogue.

The position requires deep working knowledge of solutions including Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services. Healthcare Bankers partner with product teams, Global Corporate Banking, and Core. The ideal candidate has an interest in cross-border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. The final officer title and job grade will be determined at the time of offer and may differ from the posting. The role is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in a similar banking, venture, credit, or treasury role.
• Outstanding professional reputation and integrity.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment.
• Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure, and negotiate accordingly.
• Extensive knowledge of products and services.
• Strong interest in cross-border businesses, cultural sensitivity, commitment to teamwork and partnership, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
