Responsibilities

Build authentic relationships with business owners, referral partners, and industry leaders.
Attend networking events, trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral partners.
Create new opportunities through networking, introductions, and strategic partnerships.
Manage and organize the CRM to ensure every relationship receives consistent follow-through.
Coordinate pre-event and post-event communication.
Partner closely with leadership to support client growth and retention.
Eventually coach a small portfolio of clients using the company's proven coaching framework (training provided).
