The Relationship Banker role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates. This role fosters and strengthens retail banking customer relationships, resolves customer issues, and coordinates sales efforts across various business lines. The Relationship Banker acts as the customer's personal banker, utilizing a Contact Management philosophy to strengthen relationships, offer suitable products and services, and deliver exceptional customer service. They execute retail banking initiatives through consultative relationship management, cross-sell products and services, and perform related clerical functions. The role involves originating, retaining, and maintaining customer accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and completing transactions promptly and accurately. Additionally, the Relationship Banker acts as an advocate for digital product adoption, assists Branch Management with daily operations, and completes ongoing training to maintain product, service, and sales knowledge. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts is crucial. Travel within the Park National footprint is expected. Other duties may be assigned.
