The Relationship Banker role focuses on providing exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates, ensuring professional interactions aligned with Park Promises and Serving More standards. This position is responsible for fostering and strengthening retail banking customer relationships, resolving basic to moderately complex customer issues, and coordinating sales efforts across various lines of business such as Mortgage Lending, Commercial/Cash Management, and Wealth Management. The Relationship Banker acts as the customer's personal banker, utilizing the bank's Contact Management philosophy to strengthen relationships, offer relevant products and services, and drive digital product adoption. The role also involves originating, retaining, and maintaining customer accounts, addressing inquiries, completing transactions, and assisting Branch Management with daily operations. Continuous training in product knowledge, digital products, financial services, and sales is required, along with adherence to compliance and risk management policies. Travel within the Park National footprint is expected.
