The Relationship Banker provides exceptional service to customers, prospective customers, and bank associates, ensuring prompt, professional interactions that align with Park Promises and Serving More standards. This role involves fostering and strengthening retail banking customer relationships, resolving basic to moderately complex customer issues, and coordinating sales efforts across various lines of business including the Banking Center Network, Mortgage Lending, Commercial/Cash Management, and Wealth Management. The Relationship Banker acts as the customer's personal banker, utilizing the bank's Contact Management philosophy to strengthen relationships, offer products and services aligned with customer needs, and drive digital product adoption. The position also includes originating, retaining, and maintaining customer accounts, addressing inquiries, completing transactions, assisting Branch Management with daily operations, and completing ongoing training.
