You'll play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and personal touch our community bank is known for. As a mentor to the New Account Team, you'll model accuracy, organization, and customer-first service while providing coaching and guidance to help others grow. You'll also manage monthly sales reporting, lead team sales meetings, and ensure adherence to bank policies and audit controls.
