About The Position

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Relationship Banker to join their W. Sunset Dr. Team. In this dynamic, full-time role, the Relationship Banker will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, opening new accounts, managing consumer loans, and uncovering opportunities to recommend tailored banking solutions. The role is key in driving sales performance, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and personal touch the community bank is known for. The Relationship Banker will also serve as a mentor to the New Account Team, modeling accuracy, organization, and customer-first service while providing coaching and guidance. Additionally, the role involves managing monthly sales reporting, leading team sales meetings, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and audit controls. The ideal candidate will have prior banking or supervisory experience, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
