About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves customers across all segments, including affluent customers, as the primary point of contact for everyday banking needs, products, and services. Through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach, the banker helps customers work toward financial goals with planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions. The role also supports everyday banking, including opening accounts and handling service requests, while providing a seamless customer experience. The Relationship Banker builds credibility and loyalty through discovery conversations and long-term customer partnerships. Working in a collaborative branch environment, the banker partners with colleagues in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to address customer needs through appropriate referrals and integrated solutions. Success depends on relationship skills, proactive engagement, and collaboration to deliver informed financial decisions and a differentiated customer experience. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role after successfully completing the requirements. Required FINRA licenses and SAFE registration must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. The role is subject to enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards, and it is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
