About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and customers with complex financial needs, serving as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight to deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also assists with everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests, and collaborates with internal Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners to provide a differentiated customer experience. The position is designed for growth-oriented professionals who lead with advice, conduct meaningful discovery, and translate customer goals into comprehensive financial strategies. Wells Fargo provides digital tools, training, and ongoing coaching to support customer relationships and career growth. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed. Employees hired into this role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program, then transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role after successfully completing requirements. The position requires FINRA and state insurance licenses, SAFE registration, and applicable loan-originator compliance requirements. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The role is based at one of the listed Wells Fargo branches in Redwood City, Burlingame, or Woodside, California; availability may vary by location. The posted base pay range is $37.00–$65.50, with possible incentive opportunities.
