About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, supporting everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers progress toward financial goals through planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions, while also opening accounts and handling service requests. The Relationship Banker builds customer trust and long-term relationships through discovery-led conversations, tailored recommendations, and coordinated referrals. The role works collaboratively with colleagues and partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide integrated solutions and a differentiated customer experience. It also involves promoting digital banking, resolving inquiries within authorized limits, and following risk, documentation, policy, and regulatory requirements. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role upon successful completion. Required licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates the process after the employee starts. The role also requires enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards; it is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
