Old National Bank is hiring Relationship Bankers to build and strengthen client relationships through personalized financial advice and solutions. The role involves understanding client needs, providing guidance, and connecting clients with the bank’s products and services to support their financial goals. Bankers create positive client experiences through proactive outreach, meaningful conversations, and effective problem resolution, while supporting banking center goals and consistent sales and service execution. They also build relationships in their communities and enhance the bank’s reputation. Positions may be based in one banking center or may support multiple locations within a market. The role has two levels. Relationship Banker is the foundational level, focused on learning client engagement, consultative sales, products, services, and banking operations while completing onboarding, training, licensing, and performance goals. Relationship Banker II is a fully proficient role involving independent relationship management, confident execution of the sales process, and consistent performance. Advancement is expected within approximately 12 months, based on training completion, demonstrated capability, sustained performance, and required learning paths and licensing. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in retail, sales, service, banking, or another client-facing environment, depending on level. An associate or bachelor’s degree and Spanish proficiency are preferred. Candidates must be NMLS registered or eligible to register.
