Relationship Banker -Long Beach
About The Position
Orange County’s Federal Credit Union is hiring a Relationship Banker in Long Beach. The role combines member service, sales, and problem-solving to help members navigate their financial needs. The banker handles teller transactions, opens accounts, supports consumer loan applications, recommends relevant financial products, and addresses member questions and concerns with a consultative, relationship-focused approach. The posting lists Member Service Rep IV and Senior Rep. I–II compensation levels, with hourly pay based on experience, internal equity, and level. Monday–Saturday availability is required. Spanish fluency is preferred in the title area, and Mandarin fluency is also listed as preferred under communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a bank or credit union.
- Hands-on experience with teller transactions, new account openings, and consumer lending.
- At least 2 years of experience cross-selling and referring financial products.
- Clear, friendly, professional, and approachable communication.
- Comfort learning and using multiple systems and platforms.
- Availability Monday through Saturday, during weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM and Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 2:30 PM.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
