About The Position

At Bank of America, Relationship Bankers help make financial lives better through client connections and responsible growth. The role is based in a financial center and engages clients in the lobby, educating and assisting them with transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. Relationship Bankers accurately and efficiently process cash transactions as needed and have in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities, then connect them with solutions aligned with their goals. The position supports an in-office culture focused on collaboration, engagement, and career development. Work locations listed are financial centers in Kennewick and Richland, Washington. The role is first shift, 40 hours per week, and requires weekend and/or extended-hours availability; scheduling may include a financial center within a reasonable distance. The position pays $25.00–$26.77 per hour. Offers are based on experience, education, and skill set. Compensation is base salary and is not incentive eligible. The role is benefits eligible, with paid time off and other employee resources and support. Bilingual Spanish is required.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish language skills are required.
High school diploma, GED, secondary school education, or equivalent.
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results, acting in the client’s best interest.

Confidence educating clients on simple banking transactions through self-service technologies, including ATMs, online banking, and mobile banking.

Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Ability to manage time and capacity efficiently and focus on results while acting in clients’ best interests.
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including possible scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions.
One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals.
Six months of cash-handling experience.
Bachelor’s degree or business-relevant associate degree, such as business management, business administration, or finance.
