About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role serves as a primary point of contact for customers across all segments, including affluent customers, supporting everyday banking needs through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker helps customers work toward financial goals through discovery conversations, planning, digital engagement, and customized deposit, credit, and investment solutions. The position also supports routine banking activities, including account opening and service requests, and aims to deliver a seamless, trustworthy customer experience. The Relationship Banker builds customer credibility and loyalty, manages and grows a portfolio of consumer and business relationships, and collaborates with colleagues and partners across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. The role is based in a collaborative branch environment with coaching and requires appropriate referrals, follow-through, risk awareness, accurate documentation, and adherence to policies and regulations. The Relationship Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until the employee completes licensing and SAFE requirements. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program; after successful completion of licensing and SAFE requirements, they transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role. Required FINRA and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment, with Wells Fargo initiating the process after the start date. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
