This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience, ensuring efficient business operations, managing complex workflows and priorities, and supporting organizational growth through process improvement, project management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, client-focused, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality. This is primarily an in-office position with an expectation of working onsite four days per week.
