About The Position

PAM Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support care for a diverse patient population. The role serves chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. Prior inpatient hospital experience is desirable, though a commitment and willingness to learn are also considered. Under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant, the Rehabilitation Technician participates in patient activities. The role also requires flexibility to meet departmental needs and provide clerical backup as needed.

Requirements

Current BLS certification is required.
No experience is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Prior healthcare experience is highly preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

Participate in patient activities under the direct supervision of a Therapist or Therapy Assistant.
Be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
Provide clerical backup to the department as needed.
