About The Position
LTC Therapy is seeking a dependable Rehabilitation Aide to support its therapy department in a skilled nursing environment in Taunton, Massachusetts. The role helps maintain smooth daily therapy operations and supports therapists and residents while contributing to a positive patient experience. It is a full-time position paying $15 per hour, with benefits available.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable and punctual, and comfortable working in a busy healthcare setting.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure therapy supplies and equipment are ready for use.
- Safely escort residents to and from scheduled therapy appointments.
- Provide general assistance to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff.
- Keep rehabilitation spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Help coordinate therapy schedules and complete routine departmental tasks.
