About The Position

Performs under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Team Lead to meet clinic needs. This role involves cleaning and maintaining equipment, managing supplies, assisting patients with modalities, and ensuring the clinic areas are neat and clean. The position also requires maintaining patient confidentiality and assisting with front desk tasks as needed. A full-time aide is responsible for clinic inventory and ordering supplies.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Word, Outlook
Good communication, organizational and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains equipment
Completes all tasks on Aide Checklist on a daily basis
Floats on clinic floor and puts patients on/off ice with GameReady machines throughout the day
Assures equipment is safely secured at the end of the day and treatment areas are neat and clean
Maintains linen in a neat and clean manner. Follows infection control policies for handling of used linen. Ensure linen is changed after each patient
Performs supply management to ensure the gym areas are appropriately stocked
Assists front desk specialists, as needed, at the Manager of Support Operations
Maintains strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
Performs other duties as assigned
At therapists’ direction, sets up modalities for patient use, i.e. heat, ice, electric stimulation, etc.
Ongoing work with the Manager of Support Operations to create Aide schedule to meet clinic needs
Full time aide is responsible for clinic inventory and ordering/receiving of all supplies (communicate with part time aides for inventory updates)
