About The Position
The Rehabilitation Aide assists multidisciplinary professional and paraprofessional staff in providing quality patient care and supports the manager with cost-effective maintenance of the department and its supplies. Duties include preparing patients and equipment for treatment, transporting patients, and maintaining an orderly work environment. Under the supervision of the appropriate professional, the aide also assists with patient treatment. This per diem role is onsite at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska; it is listed as 0.01 FTE, day shift, with hours as needed.
Requirements
- Upon hire, National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience or volunteer work in a rehabilitation setting.
- Upon hire, Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Alaska for SNF.
