About The Position
Community is hiring Rehab Therapy Aides to support patients and clinicians in acute care. The role offers an opportunity to learn and develop core skills while working under Physical and Occupational Therapists. A customer-service background and personable demeanor are valued. Aides assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and help with housekeeping and light maintenance of equipment. Employees must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per pay period.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Approximately one year of clerical experience, preferably in a medical environment.
- Current BLS certificate.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per pay period.

Responsibilities
- Support clinicians and patients in collaboration with Physical and Occupational Therapists.
