About The Position
Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Rehab Office Coordinator to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Union Grove, WI. This is a Part Time position, working Monday - Friday, during the day. Greenfield Rehab is looking for a driven and organized Rehab Office Coordinator to join our incredible team! You’ll be responsible for managing the insurance authorization process, handling data entry, maintaining schedules, assisting at the reception desk, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical field
