Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Therapy Program
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- 3-5 years of related experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes for residents
- Manage and support a team of rehabilitation professionals through coaching, mentoring, and performance development
- Coordinate staffing, caseload distribution, and daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Partner with clinical staff to assess resident needs and ensure appropriate care plans are implemented
- Develop and deliver training programs that promote professional growth and clinical excellence
- Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and equipment to maximize efficiency and support resident care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, ethical, and organizational standards
