About The Position

Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care for a clinically diverse patient population, specializing in the management of high-acuity neurological conditions, advanced cardiac recovery, limb loss, and medically complex debility. Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized, patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients and families. Deliver evidence-based interventions across complex diagnoses, including neurological, oncological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.
Bachelor's degree required.
Prior neurological experience.

Nice To Haves

Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
