About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Program Coordinator, PTA to join their team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role involves providing therapy within the scope of practice for an OTA or PTA, acting as a liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, minimizing administrative burden for clinicians, and coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet performance indicators under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
CPR, as required by community.
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
Other items as required by federal, state and local standards.

Exceptional Communication (oral and written).
Experience with Geriatric Population.
Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations.
