About The Position

Key Rehab is seeking a Program Coordinator-PTA to join their team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role involves serving as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, minimizing administrative burden, and supporting clinicians in delivering therapy services. The coordinator will also manage staffing and daily scheduling to meet performance indicators under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
CPR, as required by community
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law
Other items as required by federal, state and local standards
