About The Position

The Rehab Aide works in an outpatient physical therapy setting, assisting therapists with rehabilitation procedures and supporting center operations. The role also includes helping coordinate ancillary services, maintaining records, monitoring and reporting patient responses, and cleaning and preparing equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification.
• First aid certification.
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures.
• Organize and schedule ancillary services and keep related records.
• Support other center-specific functions.
• Observe and report abnormal patient conditions, reactions, or responses to treatment.
• Take responsibility for a specific area of center operations, such as scheduling and following up on ancillary services, overseeing a program, or serving as OSHA coordinator.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment.
