About The Position

The Rehab Aide prepares patient treatment areas by cleaning and restocking supplies and supports day-to-day clinic functions, including patient appointment scheduling and client check-in and check-out. The role also supports physical and occupational therapy clinical staff in delivering patient care and helps maintain the facility and its equipment. The position is located at 10 High St. Hours are listed as 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
At least one year of orthopedic-related work.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Pertinent job-related experience and medical terminology.
Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese.
Kinesiology background.

Responsibilities

Greet patients promptly, courteously, and professionally.
Support physical therapy and occupational therapy clinical staff in the delivery of patient care as indicated.
Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for treatments.
Clean, organize, and maintain equipment for patient care.
Maintain the physical environment of the facility.
Support general day-to-day functions, including patient appointment scheduling and client check-in and check-out.
Perform other duties as assigned.
