Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of supply chain regulatory experience in a technology company, including trade, hardware compliance, and environmental, social & sustainability regulations
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable impact assessments
  • Experience in process management and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Experience with AI/ML tools for regulatory impact assessment
  • Background in supply chain, risk management, and legal compliance

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured regulatory impact assessments across the global supply chain by translating requirements into actionable insights on operational, cost, and risk implications.
  • Leverage these insights to directly drive strategic decisions and create comprehensive regulatory roadmaps that guide long-term planning and align with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory visibility and prioritize assessments, enabling proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Champion technology-enabled transformation initiatives, including AI/ML and automation, to accelerate and scale impact assessments.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring informed, risk-aware decision-making that supports compliance and supply chain efficiency.
