About The Position
This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach CMN3130-E00, Communication Planning, during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course focuses on establishing communication planning systems in organizations, monitoring public opinion, the relationship between different types of planning (strategic, operational, work, and contingency for crises), applying learning and persuasion theories, and public information campaigns. The course will be offered in person.
Requirements
- PH.D. or M.A. in communication (preferably).
- Professional experience or expertise directly related to the course content.
- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
- Employees are required under provincial law to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.
