About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the Media Ethics course (CMN3105-E00) during the Winter 2027 semester at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Arts, Department of Communication. The course will cover social communication and media ethics, including philosophical foundations, freedom of expression, analysis of public and private sphere debates, and case studies. The course will be offered in person and is scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:30 to 19:00. Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.A. in Communication
• Professional experience in Communication or related discipline
• Acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as equivalent
• Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training
