About The Position
This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position in Latin IV (LCL3102, Section A00) for the Winter 2027 semester within the Faculty of Arts, Department of Classics and Religious Studies. The course focuses on Cicero's Pro Caelio, including a grammar review component. The course is taught in English and is scheduled for Wednesdays from 16:00 to 17:30 and Fridays from 14:30 to 16:00. Requirements
- M.A. in Classical Studies or equivalent.
- Expertise in course topic (Cicero, Pro Caelio) required.
- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as equivalent to the educational requirement and/or demonstrated experience.
- Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.
- Ability to apply using a worker profile in Workday if currently an active employee of the University of Ottawa.
Responsibilities
