About The Position
This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Social Innovation and Community Engagement (SCS3130 B00) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course is an introduction to strategies, processes, and theories of social innovation and social change, featuring practical seminars where students will develop creative solutions to social problems. Students will complete a community-based placement or project through the Community Engagement Learning (CEL) program. The language of instruction is English.
Requirements
- PhD in Social Innovation or completed Ph.D. coursework in Social Innovation.
- Demonstrable track record of expertise in the field of social innovation and community engagement, evidenced by previous teaching experience in similar courses or publications.
- Successful completion of all mandatory legislated training.
- Ability to work in English.
