About The Position
Analysis of career development theories with emphasis on issues in career decision making and transition.
Requirements
- PhD in education or a related field of study.
- Publications in the field of study within the last 5 years.
- Expertise in the subject area of career development theories.
- Experienced in e-learning.
Nice To Haves
- Competence in a second language (passive).
- An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as equivalent to the educational requirements and/or demonstrated experience.
Responsibilities
- Teach Theories of Career Development (EDU 5473, Section C00) during the Fall 2026 semester.
- Deliver instruction in English for an in-person class on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
- Engage with students on issues related to career decision making and transition.
- Complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
- Potentially adapt to e-learning environments if required.
