About The Position
This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the course 'Évaluation de programmes' (PSY7503 A00) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course covers the concept of a health service program, evaluation in relation to program development, the organizational context of evaluation, needs assessment and community program planning, and the evaluation of program outcomes and service quality. The course is proposed to be delivered in-person.
Requirements
- Doctorate in psychology or related discipline / Relevant experience
- Knowledge and skills in program evaluation
- Completion of two graduate courses in program evaluation methods and practice
- Experience in conducting program evaluation in the not-for-profit, public, and/or educational sectors
- Experience teaching at the graduate level
Nice To Haves
- Being on the roster of credentialed evaluators of the Canadian Evaluation Society is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Teach the course 'Évaluation de programmes' (PSY7503 A00).
- Maintain the assigned mode of course delivery (in-person).
- Inform the School of Psychology Secretariat if a class needs to be cancelled.
- Arrange a suitable replacement instructor in advance of an upcoming absence.
