About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Organizational Communication Theories (CMN5131/8112-A00) during the Fall 2026 academic period. The course explores different approaches to organizational communication research, focusing on benchmark studies and key researchers. It examines the role of theories in understanding contemporary organizational communication challenges, including issues related to communication networks, organizational learning, diversity management, computerization, and risk management. The course will be offered in person and is scheduled for Mondays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The language of instruction is English.

Requirements

Ph.D. in communication.
Research area directly related to organizational communication.
Publications related to the field of organizational communication.
Excellent knowledge of organizational communication theories.
Competence in the language of instruction (English).
