About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position to teach the course 'Droit de l’entreprise I : Formes juridiques de l’entreprise' (DRC2501, Section AA00) during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course covers the notion of business and its consequences in the Quebec Civil Code, legal advertising of businesses, legal personality, and various legal forms of business organization including sole proprietorship, partnerships, corporations, cooperatives, non-profit organizations, and trusts. It will also provide an overview of the rules surrounding the creation, management, liability, and dissolution of a business. The course is a lecture-based course and will be delivered in person.

• Survol des règles entourant la création, la gestion, la responsabilité et la dissolution d’une entreprise.

Responsibilities

• Teach the course 'Droit de l’entreprise I : Formes juridiques de l’entreprise' (DRC2501, Section AA00).
