About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach ART2171A - Modern Art 1900-1945 during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course focuses on the history of Modern art from World War I to the early 1960s through a study of chosen issues. The course will be offered in-person. Applicants are reminded of the importance of ensuring that ALL prior experience and relevant credentials are reflected in the CV. Requirements

Ph. D. in History of Art or equivalent.
Teaching experience at post-secondary level.
Publications.
Competence in second language: Passive.

Responsibilities

Teach Modern Art 1900-1945 (ART2171A) during the 2027 Winter Semester.
Successfully complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
