About The Position
Under the direction of the Student Services Administrator, this role is responsible for the proper recording of student grades and credits for the County Operated Schools and Programs. The Registrar ensures that teachers have the necessary information to guide students toward graduation and performs other clerical duties in support of the program. This position also handles related work as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer use along with word processing, spreadsheets, and database information systems.
- Must apply online and attach a formal letter of interest, a resume, and three professional letters of recommendation (preferably dated within the past year).
Responsibilities
- Provide for the proper recording of students grades and credits for the County Operated Schools and Programs.
- Assure teachers have information necessary to direct students toward graduation.
- Perform other clerical duties in support of the program.
- Does related work as required.
