Requirements

NC Physical Therapist license
At least one year of school PT experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to students within the school setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
Utilize Electronic Medical Records for documentation.
Travel between locations if applicable, with reimbursement for mileage and travel time.
