About The Position

Reporting to the Child Care Manager, the Registrar Coordinator leads the day-to-day administration of registration systems across childcare, camp, and membership programs. This role ensures data accuracy, system integrity, and consistent processes while supporting staff and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency and participant experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading an administrative or registrar-type team
  • Experience working with registration systems, databases, or CRM platforms
  • Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Child Abuse Registry Check
  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
  • Ability to travel between locations and occasionally to Camp Stephens

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the registrar team to ensure efficient, accurate service delivery
  • Maintain and oversee registration systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to staff across departments
  • Drive process improvements and support system enhancements to streamline workflows
  • Support training and onboarding of staff on registration systems and best practices
  • Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and data standards
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation processes to support decision-making
