About The Position

Truss Vet is developing veterinary urgent care facilities for non-life-threatening emergencies that do not require an ER visit but may not fit into a general practice’s busy day. The Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT/LVT/CVT) is central to clinical operations and helps establish standards for patient care, client experience, and team wellbeing. The role emphasizes high-quality medicine, continuous improvement, fear-free handling, a positive and hardworking team environment, exceeding client expectations, and treating colleagues fairly and professionally. The technician will help define a benchmark for care while contributing to the company’s growth and mission to improve access to veterinary care.

Requirements

Be a licensed RVT, CVT, or LVT, or be eligible for licensure in North Carolina.
