Festival Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! Requirements
- 5+ years of veterinary technician experience
- Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician in the state of Colorado
- Proficiency in the following skills: Client communication and education
- Proficiency in the following skills: Anesthesia induction, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in the following skills: Dental prophylaxis, polishing, radiography, and charting
- Proficiency in the following skills: IVC placement
- Proficiency in the following skills: Drug calculations and emergency anesthetic intervention
- Proficiency in the following skills: Surgical assistance
- Proficiency in the following skills: Outpatient and wellness care
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care during soft-tissue surgical procedures and dentals, including patient preparation, anesthesia induction, monitoring and troubleshooting, recovery, and administering emergency medications as needed.
- Perform dental prophylaxis, polishing, full-mouth radiographs, and dental charting.
- Ensure efficient exam room workflow by assisting the veterinarian during outpatient visits, wellness appointments, and technician appointments.
- Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with your team to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

- Compensation: $25 - $29 per hour, for each hour worked
