About The Position

Registered Veterinary Technician - Internal Medicine - VSH North County Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 6:30pm Wednesday - Saturday 8am-6:30pm Compensation: Credentialed Technician (RVT) or equivalent experience range: $27-$35/hr. Requirements

  • 1-2 years clinical experience required
  • Active license in the state of CA, RVT

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointments and clients in collaboration with the Internists
  • Conduct patient assessment, diagnostics, and treatments
  • Obtain and process laboratory samples
  • Perform medical calculations and administration, digital radiology, and CT scans
  • Induce, monitor, and recover anesthetic or sedated procedures
  • Set up and assist in endoscopic procedures as well as rhinoscopy and ultrasound
