About The Position

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Same-Day Surgery Center. The role rotates weekly between pre-op and Phase II recovery. Requirements

Virginia or Compact Multi-State RN License in good standing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
24 months of experience as an Acute Care RN.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

Nice To Haves

Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in the Same-Day Surgery Center, rotating between pre-op and Phase II recovery.
