About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Sollis Health, you will provide concierge emergency and urgent care to adult and pediatric patients in clinics, with supervision or oversight from a Physician or Advanced Care Provider. The role is full-time, 32–36 hours per week, and involves working as part of a clinical team to provide quality, patient-centered care in an innovative setting. Nurses may also participate in house calls when requested.

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.
2–3 years of prior emergency or urgent care experience.
Strong clinical skills.
Ability to use or learn systems including Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity.
Strong technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration.
Ability to adapt and work in a fluid, multitasking environment.
Strong process and organizational skills.
Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box.
Comfort interfacing with high-profile clientele.

Responsibilities

Obtain medical histories and patient vital signs, complete intake, and prioritize patient care.
Perform procedures including obtaining IV access, phlebotomy, administering vaccines, performing point-of-care rapid tests, administering IV medications and fluids, and performing EKGs.
Assist with patient care within the scope of practice as an integral member of the patient care team.
Document patient information in Sollis’ EHR and in Salesforce for the membership team.
Maintain and track medication inventory.
Coordinate additional care with Aftercare and house-call teams or with Medical Partners.
Work with clinical team members to ensure policies are followed and quality care is delivered.
Help patients feel comfortable by answering their questions patiently and professionally and communicating empathetically.
Participate in a house call if requested.
Perform related duties as requested.
